WINTER 2002 CLASSES

Introduction to Computers-(6 sessions) Tuesdays & Thursdays beginning Jan. 8, 2002. Learn the components of windows, basic functions of a computer, and basic word processing.
Intermediate Computers-(6 sessions) Tuesdays and Thursdays beginning Feb. 5, 2002. This class will include Windows maneuvers, shortcuts to the desktop, moving/copying files, renaming files, creating new folders and a deeper look at the MS Office Suite.
Print Artist-(1 session) Wednesday, Feb. 6, 2002. Create beautiful cards, impressive banners, 3-D crafts and more.
Quicken-(2 sessions) Wednesdays, February 20 and February 27, 2002. Learn to manage your personal finances with this unique software.
MS Word-(4 sessions) Tuesdays & Thursdays beginning March 5, 2002. Learn the basics of this word processing program along with some spreadsheet and database tasks. You should have a good working knowledge of computers to take this class.
Excel-(4 sessions) Tuesdays & Thursdays beginning March 19, 2002. Excel is a powerful spreadsheet software used for managing and analyzing data and charting. You should have a good work

NEW WINTER CLASSES
The French Connection-Just one 2-hour workshop of fun and knowledge. Learn words and phrases in French. Take home a cassette of French songs. Wednesday, Jan. 30, 2002.
Using Your Digital Camera - Two 2-hour classes to share your knowledge and share ways to use digital photos. Bring your owner's manual and your ideas. Wednesdays, Jan. 16 & 23, 2002.
Computer Lab-This is an open lab for you to work on software files with an instructor present to help as needed.
Thursdays: 9:00 AM-12:00 noon beginning Jan. 10, 2002.
