Red Cross Button Drive

To help aid in the relief efforts of the recent World Trade Center disaster, the Community Services Committee had a very successful button drive. Once again we proved what we could do when working together for a good cause. With everyone digging into his or her pockets we raised over $7400.00! 100% of the donations are going directly to the American Red Cross. I would like to thank Kim Ott, Debi Muncy, Bob McComb, Kathy Pelham and Kim Armstrong for their hard work. Also, Faith Rouster, Terri Sexton and Hazel Wagner had their own ribbon sales going at the same time and generously donated all of their proceeds to our drive. We thank them! Jodie Uroda did a wonderful job keeping buttons available at the in plant Union office counter. If anyone is still interested in a button you can see Russ Creech at the Union Hall.

In Solidarity,
Wendy Graham
